FAQ- ARTWORK SUBMISSION

1. Why is my sticker a different size than the file submitted?

We ALWAYS scale proportionally, rather than stretch in a single direction, in order to maintain your artwork's original proportion.

2. What if my artwork is low quality?

We will let you know and give you recommendations.

3. Can you change the colors on my file?

With our new artwork uploading software you can change your background color. We do not edit graphics at the moment.

4. I’m unable to upload my artwork, how can I send it to you?

Yes; email to graphics@zug.monster along with order number in the Subject

FAQ- PRINTING OPTIONS

1. Do you print neon/glow in the dark?

We currently do not offer this option.

2. Can you print stickers without the white border?

Yes we can. You can choose a background color upon submitting artwork, or stretch your artwork to create a bleed. Please include a 0.08 inch bleed for the cutline for our error margins.

3. Can you add a white base to my sticker?

We currently can add a white base to our holographic, clear and reflective stickers only.

4. Can you print on the backside of stickers?

Unfortunately we do not offer the option to print on the back of our custom stickers. The backs of our stickers are solid white without any branding.

5. Is there a price difference between types of cutting?

No, all of our prices are based upon quantity, size, and material.

6. Can you print stickers smaller than 1"?

Yes, we can do a manual order and make your stickers smaller than 1 inch. If your stickers require to be smaller than the size allowed, please email us and we will see if it is possible for your sticker order.

1. Can I request a change after I approve my proof?

No, once it is approved we automatically add your order to our production queue. Please review the proof carefully.

FAQ- SHIPPING

1. How fast can I get my order?

3. Can you deliver my stickers on a roll?

Yes, we can deliver your stickers on rolls. If you are using your stickers for labels or wish to have them for easy peeling, rolls are a good option.

4. Can I edit my address after placing my order?

Yes we can update your shipping address if your order has not been dispatched yet. Simply send us an email with the updated address and your order number and we will change it for you. Don't forget your apartment number
