A REAL PRODUCTION WORKFLOW
Every order is handled through a real production workflow—not simply routed through an automated print queue.
After checkout, your artwork, selected options, quantity, and special instructions are reviewed so your order can move through proofing, production, quality control, and fulfillment.
Some orders are approved through our instant-proof process. If your artwork generates a clean proof and you approve it during checkout, your order may continue directly into production without a separate proof email.
Other orders require additional review, adjustments, clarification, or a separate proof before production begins. If something appears unclear or requires confirmation, our team may contact you or provide an updated proof before moving forward.
When proof approval is required, production does not begin until the proof is approved.

MULTIPLE DESIGNS
Unless a product is specifically designed for multiple designs, each design should normally be added as a separate item with its own quantity.
For example, if you want two different die cut sticker designs, add each design as its own product item. This keeps artwork, quantities, proofing, and production clear.
Sticker sheets are different because they are designed to hold multiple stickers on one backing sheet.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Upload the best file you have.
Vector artwork is preferred for logos, text, line art, and clean cut shapes, but high-resolution PNG, JPG, or other raster artwork may still be usable depending on the design and final size.
If the file requires additional review or adjustment, the team may provide an updated proof or contact you before production moves forward.
