Format & Design Notes

Clear Label Sheets keep transparent-look labels grouped flat for manual application. They work well when jars, bottles, pouches, cosmetic containers, candle glass, or product surfaces should remain visible around the artwork.

Design against the real background. Darker text, bold logos, and simple marks are usually easier to read than pale artwork, especially over tinted containers, busy contents, or textured packaging.

The sheet format is practical for small batches, kits, prep tables, and teams that apply labels by hand. Keep sheets and package surfaces clean, then test one label first to judge visibility and placement before applying the rest.

Color Accuracy

We print using professional commercial printing equipment. Because every monitor and mobile device displays color differently, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

If color accuracy is especially important for your project, contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Most artwork is created in the RGB color space for phones, tablets, and computer monitors. Commercial printers use CMYK inks, so some colors may look different in print than they do on your screen.

Bright, highly saturated colors—especially blues, greens, oranges, and purples—may print slightly darker or less vibrant after being converted from RGB to CMYK.

For the most accurate printed colors, we recommend designing in CMYK whenever possible.

Tip: Your monitor uses light to create color, while printers use ink. Because they reproduce color differently, slight color variation between your screen and the final printed product is normal.

Preparing your artwork correctly helps ensure the best possible print quality, but don’t worry if your file isn’t perfect.

Reprints

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
