Square Label Sheets are a clean flat-sheet option for QR codes, box seals, compact logos, product kits, and balanced brand panels. The equal sides make the label feel structured without taking as much room as a rectangle.

Give QR codes and centered logos enough quiet space so they stay easy to scan and easy to read. Straight edges and borders need even margins because small alignment issues are more visible on square labels.

The sheet format is useful for prep tables, hand application, kit packing, and small batches where flat storage matters. Keep sheets clean and sorted by design if multiple labels will be applied by hand.

Color Accuracy

We print using professional commercial printing equipment. Because every monitor and mobile device displays color differently, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

If color accuracy is especially important for your project, contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Most artwork is created in the RGB color space for phones, tablets, and computer monitors. Commercial printers use CMYK inks, so some colors may look different in print than they do on your screen.

Bright, highly saturated colors—especially blues, greens, oranges, and purples—may print slightly darker or less vibrant after being converted from RGB to CMYK.

For the most accurate printed colors, we recommend designing in CMYK whenever possible.

Tip: Your monitor uses light to create color, while printers use ink. Because they reproduce color differently, slight color variation between your screen and the final printed product is normal.

Preparing your artwork correctly helps ensure the best possible print quality, but don’t worry if your file isn’t perfect.

Reprints

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
