Custom Shape Label Sheets are for logos, badges, icons, mascots, and brand marks that need their own outside outline while staying grouped flat on sheets. They are useful for kits, event packaging, sampler sets, and hand-applied product prep.

Use a clear outside shape and avoid tiny loose details, thin extensions, and tight interior gaps. A simpler outline is usually easier to peel, place, and understand at small label sizes.

Flat sheets make custom-cut labels easier to store, count, and distribute than rolls in some manual workflows. Review the proof for cut path, sheet spacing, edge clearance, and final size before approval.

Color Accuracy

We print using professional commercial printing equipment. Because every monitor and mobile device displays color differently, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

If color accuracy is especially important for your project, contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Most artwork is created in the RGB color space for phones, tablets, and computer monitors. Commercial printers use CMYK inks, so some colors may look different in print than they do on your screen.

Bright, highly saturated colors—especially blues, greens, oranges, and purples—may print slightly darker or less vibrant after being converted from RGB to CMYK.

For the most accurate printed colors, we recommend designing in CMYK whenever possible.

Tip: Your monitor uses light to create color, while printers use ink. Because they reproduce color differently, slight color variation between your screen and the final printed product is normal.

Preparing your artwork correctly helps ensure the best possible print quality, but don’t worry if your file isn’t perfect.

Reprints

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
