This website is operated by ZUG Monster LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you may not use this Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify.
1. Custom Products & Order Responsibility
All products are custom-made to order.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed and approved all details (size, quantity, material, artwork)
- Your uploaded files and designs are final and production-ready
- You understand that all sales are final except where we are at fault
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect selections made by the customer
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork provided
- Minor color variations between screen and printed product
2. Proofs, Artwork & Intellectual Property
You represent that:
- You own or have rights to use any artwork submitted
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
We are not liable for intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content.
You grant us a limited right to use submitted artwork solely to produce your order.
3. Pricing, Orders & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities per customer or order
- Correct pricing or listing errors at any time
If an order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
4. Production & Turnaround Times
All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- High order volume
- File issues or approval delays
- Carrier delays after shipment
5. Shipping & Delivery
Once shipped, orders are handled by carriers such as:
A package marked “Delivered” is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays
6. Refunds, Reprints & Claims
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Key points:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- No claims accepted after 30 days
- Refunds/reprints are only issued for verified errors caused by us
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree:
- To contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute

That tracking marked “Delivered” constitutes proof of fulfillment
- That approved proofs, uploaded artwork, and order details are final
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence including:
- Order records and timestamps
- IP and device data
- Customer communications
- Artwork submissions and approvals
- Shipping and delivery confirmation
Fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions or legal action.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Site
Violation may result in termination of access.
9. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may provide access to third-party tools or services.
These are provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for their use.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free service
- Exact color matching across devices and print
- That products will meet subjective expectations
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ZUG Monster LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business
- Issues arising from misuse or incorrect order details
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZUG Monster LLC from any claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your submitted content
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

16. Production Variances, Overruns & Sample Use
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, orders may include a small variance in quantity.
- We may produce and retain a reasonable number of additional units (“overruns”) for quality control, calibration, and sample purposes
- The final shipped quantity may vary slightly (typically within ±5–10%) and will be considered fulfillment of the order
Ownership of Overruns:
- Any excess units beyond the fulfilled quantity remain the property of ZUG Monster LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing
Returns & Sample Use:
- If products are returned, rejected, replaced, or refunded, you agree that:
- We may reuse those items for internal testing, quality control, or sample packs
- We may include them in promotional materials or sample kits
Artwork & Branding:
- By placing an order, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use produced items (including your designs) for:
- Sample packs
- Marketing examples
- Internal or external demonstration purposes
If you require your designs to remain strictly confidential or not be reused in any way, you must request this in writing prior to production, and we may apply an additional fee or decline the request.
