Custom Shape Roll Labels are strongest when the outside edge is part of the design. Logo silhouettes, badges, mascots, ingredient icons, and illustrated brand marks can feel more finished when the label follows the artwork instead of sitting inside a standard shape.

Keep the outline bold enough to understand at the final size. Very thin points, narrow gaps, tiny floating details, and overly complex edges can make the label harder to peel, place, or read.

The roll format is useful when the same custom-cut label will be applied across packaging runs. Review the proof closely for cut path, edge spacing, final size, and whether any delicate areas should be simplified.

Color Accuracy

We print using professional commercial printing equipment. Because every monitor and mobile device displays color differently, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

If color accuracy is especially important for your project, contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Most artwork is created in the RGB color space for phones, tablets, and computer monitors. Commercial printers use CMYK inks, so some colors may look different in print than they do on your screen.

Bright, highly saturated colors—especially blues, greens, oranges, and purples—may print slightly darker or less vibrant after being converted from RGB to CMYK.

For the most accurate printed colors, we recommend designing in CMYK whenever possible.

Tip: Your monitor uses light to create color, while printers use ink. Because they reproduce color differently, slight color variation between your screen and the final printed product is normal.

Preparing your artwork correctly helps ensure the best possible print quality, but don’t worry if your file isn’t perfect.
